Furniture & Property Care
• All indoor furniture must remain inside the home at all times.
• Dining chairs, tables, couches, beds, décor, and other interior furnishings may not be moved outdoors.
• Outdoor use of indoor furniture can cause damage from weather, moisture, sunlight, dirt, and normal wear.
• Any indoor furniture found outdoors may result in cleaning, repair, or replacement charges.
• Guests are responsible for returning any moved furniture to its original location prior to checkout.
Climate Control & Thermostat
• The property is equipped with a monitored smart thermostat.
• To protect the HVAC system from damage and freezing, cooling temperatures may not be set below 70°F.
• The thermostat is programmed with a minimum cooling setting of 70°F and a maximum heating setting as determined by property management.
• Tampering with thermostat settings, sensors, HVAC equipment, vents, or system controls is prohibited.
• Guests who cause damage to the HVAC system through misuse may be responsible for repair costs.
General Property Care
• Please treat the property and its contents with care and respect.
• Only furniture specifically provided for outdoor use may be used on porches, patios, or exterior areas.
• Any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized relocation of furniture, or violation of house rules may result in additional charges.
Security Cameras
• Exterior security cameras are installed and monitor entrances and outdoor areas for safety, security, and property protection.
• No cameras are located inside the property or in any private areas.
By booking and staying at this property, guests agree to comply with all house rules and accept responsibility for damages resulting from violations of these rules.
